 All bookings include the following as standard:

- Up to three hours of fantastic live music performed over 2 or more sets up to midnight
- All necessary, high-quality, PAT-tested sound equipment
- On-stage and dance floor synchronised disco lighting
- Pre-mixed interval music or your own CDs/iPod through the band's PA system
- Public Liability Insurance (PLI) cover of £10M
- Back up equipment

Wedding receptions and parties also include:
- Use of Reload's PA system for any speeches if required
- Choice of a special song for the first dance, last dance or as required, which Reload will learn and perform
